Group Yoga Classes

Group Yoga Classes are for people with similar skill levels and goals who come together to practice & create community.

 

This option issuitable for busy people or those who travel a lot and can't get to a physical location, or people who just prefer to practice from home.

 

Sessions are available in Spanish & English.

How does it work?

Consultation 

Reach out to me via email  to discuss your goals and any health-related information you consider relevant. Knowing your availability and scheduling preferences is also crucial to determining which group class is right for you.

Trial Class

Let's start with a trial class to get to know each other, experience my teaching style and understand how you feel in the group proposed.

All levels

You have available: beginner, intermediarte or advanced level, which will adapt to your needs. 

Monthly Payment

The monthly membership allows you to join as many classes as you wish from Sunday to Friday. 

Fixed Schedule

Check the daily schedule. Early morning, morning, afternoon and evening options available.

Feedback

Over the course of the process, I will continually assess your development and gather feedback to ensure that we are on track to achieve your goals.
